What a smoothie should be.

A lot of what gets sold as a smoothie in Arizona is fruit flavored syrup, sherbet and ice. It is sweet, it is cheap to make, and it does not have much fruit in it. Ours are whole frozen fruit, acai or pitaya, and real juice. That means the color of your smoothie comes from what is in it. The Extreme Green looks like spinach and kale because it is mostly spinach and kale.

Do your smoothies have added sugar?

No syrups and no sherbet. The sweetness comes from whole frozen fruit and real apple juice. Ask for oat or almond milk, or for water, if you want it less sweet.

What is the difference between a smoothie and a power shake?

A smoothie is built around fruit and acai. A power shake is built around protein, with over thirty grams per serving, and it is lower in carbs. If you want a post workout meal, the shake is the one.

Can I add protein to a smoothie?

Yes, for 2.00. Whey isolate, chocolate whey, vanilla whey, chocolate pea, vanilla pea, plain pea or hemp seed. Pea and hemp are the plant based options.

Are your smoothies vegan?

Five of the six are plant based exactly as written. Add ins are where dairy can enter, so choose a pea protein instead of whey and you are set.

How much is a smoothie?

Small 12oz is 7.75, medium 16oz is 10.50 and large 24oz is 13.50. The Chocolate Peanut Butter is 1.50 more.
