Acai Bowls. Pitaya Bowls. Made fresh.

Blended to order from whole frozen fruit and organic acai or pitaya. Thick enough to eat with a spoon. Fourteen bowls on the board.

The base, not the toppings.

We blend every bowl to order. Whole frozen strawberries, blueberries, banana, mango, pineapple and raspberries go into the blender with organic acai or pitaya and real apple juice or coconut milk. Nothing pre sweetened. The sweetness in your bowl is fruit and a drizzle of honey.

Açaí Bowls

Twelve bowls. Every one blended in house from whole frozen fruit and organic acai.

Pitaya Bowls

The Original.

Our signature acai bowl, the one Marcy and Brad opened with in 2011. Strawberry, blueberry, banana and acai sorbet, topped with granola, fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey.

Which one you actually want.

Build it the way you want it.

If you are working around an allergy, say so at the counter. We swap bases, juices, milks, proteins and toppings every day and it is not an imposition.

Frequently asked.

Is your acai base pre made?

No. We blend every bowl to order from whole frozen fruit and organic acai or pitaya. Most shops scoop a finished base straight into the cup. Blending it to order with whole fruit is what makes ours taste like fruit.

What is the difference between an acai bowl and a pitaya bowl?

Acai is a dark purple Amazonian berry with an earthy, slightly chocolatey flavor. Pitaya is pink fleshed dragonfruit, which is lighter, brighter and more tropical. Both are blended and topped the same way. The Pitaya Colada and Pitaya Passion are our two pitaya bowls.

How big is a medium bowl?

A medium is a full meal for most people, and it is what our lunch regulars order. A small works as a snack or dessert and a large is a meal for someone training hard, or enough for two to share.

Can your bowls be made gluten free?

Yes, all fourteen, exactly as they are written on the board. Every ingredient we use is gluten free, granola included, so there is nothing to swap or skip.

Can I change what is in a bowl?

Yes. Swap the juice, change the milk, add or remove any topping, add a protein or a booster. Add ins are 1.50 or 2.00 depending on the item and substitutions are 50 cents.

How much is an acai bowl at Genuine Fresche?

Most bowls are 8.99 small, 12.50 medium and 16.75 large. The Chocolate Peanut Butter and Chocolate Coconut are 10.49, 14.50 and 18.75. The Coconut Cream Oatmeal Bowl and Coconut Chia Pudding are 6.75.
