Marcy and Brad Olsen started this company in Gilbert in 2011 partly because of their own son, whose health turned around when they changed what he ate. Feeding kids well is not a marketing angle here. It is the origin story.

Allergies are handled at the window, not hoped about
Every order is built one at a time, which is exactly what you want near a schoolyard. Our staff handles nut and dairy requests every day, and gluten is not a request at all because the whole truck is gluten free. Honey comes off on request, and small smoothies give the younger kids a lighter option at a smaller price.
For fundraisers, a percentage arrangement or a fixed booking both work. Tell us what the event needs to accomplish and we will figure out the shape of it together.
Every diet, one truck
Everything we serve is gluten free, and any order can be made vegan. Orders are built one at a time at the window, so allergies get handled instead of hoped about.

Can the truck come to a school during the day?
Yes. The truck books daytime slots for teacher appreciation lunches, field days and campus events. Send the date and the school's city through the booking form or call 602-753-6642.
How do you handle student allergies?
Every order is made individually at the window. We work around nut, dairy and gluten allergies daily, and staff can change gloves and use a clean blender on request. Tell us about known allergies when booking and we will plan for them.
Do you do school fundraisers?
Yes. We have served East Valley school communities for years and fundraiser nights are a regular booking. Reach out with the date and goal and we will talk through how to structure it.
Is there something for kids who do not want a full bowl?
Small smoothies. They are lighter and smaller than a full bowl, there is no artificial anything in them, and they are usually the line the kids form first.
