Acai Bowl and Smoothie Catering in Apache Junction
The far east end of the valley, where the 60 runs out toward the Superstitions. The truck makes the drive.
Out where the valley ends
Apache Junction sits at the far eastern edge of the Phoenix metro, where the 60 stops being a city freeway and the Superstitions take over the windshield. It is the furthest point the Fresche Truck regularly runs, and it is a drive we are glad to make, because the events out here tend to be the good kind: community minded, outdoors, and full of people who have been in the East Valley a long time.
Our truck is hire only. It does not sit in a lot waiting for walk ups, and it is not parked somewhere on a schedule. It goes out when somebody books it, which means when it comes to Apache Junction it is there for your event and nothing else.
What we come out for
- Community events, church gatherings and neighborhood celebrations
- School events and fundraisers
- Birthday parties and family celebrations
- Outdoor events, which this side of the valley does better than anywhere
- Corporate and team events for businesses out on the east end
Heat is the whole point out here
An outdoor event in Apache Junction between May and September is a heat management problem before it is a catering problem. That is the argument for a bowl truck rather than a hot food truck. Frozen fruit, blended cold, handed over in a cup. It is the thing people actually want when it is a hundred and eight degrees and they have been standing in it.
The full menu comes with us: acai and pitaya bowls, smoothies, protein shakes, fresh squeezed juice and ReFreschers. Everything we serve is gluten free, and any order can be made vegan, handled one order at a time at the window.
Booking a date out here
Because Apache Junction is the long end of the run, dates benefit from lead time. Send yours early through the booking form, or call the catering line at 602-753-6642, and we will confirm quickly. The truck arrives self contained and needs nothing but a place to park.
Every diet, one truck
Everything we serve is gluten free, and any order can be made vegan. Orders are built one at a time at the window, so allergies get handled instead of hoped about.

Yes. It is the furthest regular stop on our run and we book events there. The truck is hire only, so it comes out when your event books it. Send the date early and we will confirm.
What kind of events do you cater in Apache Junction?
Community events, church gatherings, school fundraisers, birthday parties and corporate events. Outdoor events especially, since a cold bowl is an easier sell than hot food in an Arizona summer.

Gilbert, at 1686 N Higley Rd at Higley and Baseline, open seven days a week. It is a straight run in on the 60 and plenty of Apache Junction regulars already make it.
