There is no gluten in our kitchen. Not in the blends, not in the toppings, not in the granola, and not on the truck. If you eat gluten free, the entire Genuine Fresche menu is open to you, exactly as it is written on the board. But we know you will still ask, and that is ok. We understand how important it is to feel safe with your dietary needs. Here is exactly what that means.

Start With What Is Already Clear

The blend in every bowl we make is whole frozen fruit, organic acai or pitaya, and apple juice, coconut milk or water. There is no gluten in any of that, and there never was.

Same story across the rest of the menu. Our smoothies are fruit, acai, juice and plant milk. Our power shakes are protein, fruit, nut butter and coconut or almond milk. Our juices are squeezed produce and our ReFreschers are fruit with a clean label energy syrup. None of those categories contains a gluten ingredient.

That covers the large majority of what comes across our counter.

The Granola Is Gluten Free Too

Granola used to be the one thing on this menu worth asking about. Not anymore. Certified gluten free granola is the only granola we carry now, at both shops and on the truck.

That means there is no standard granola behind the counter to ask around, and no swap to remember. The bowl you point at is the bowl you get.

The Coconut Chia Pudding is layered with granola rather than topped with it. That granola is gluten free like everything else, so it is ready to eat exactly as it comes.

The Coconut Cream Oatmeal Bowl is made with certified gluten free oats. Oats are naturally gluten free but are commonly cross contaminated during growing and processing, which is why the certified product exists and why we buy it.

A Gluten Free Breakfast

Gluten Free Breakfast and Lunch in the East Valley. Finding a gluten free breakfast around here that is not eggs is genuinely hard. We open at 8:00 AM seven days a week at both Gilbert and Tempe. A small bowl and a fresh juice is a gluten free breakfast in about five minutes. A medium bowl is lunch. A power shake is a post workout meal. None of it needs a single modification.

Both at the Same Time Is Simple

Gluten Free and Vegan Together. We get asked for both at once several times a week and it got easier. Gluten free is already handled, so all that is left is to ask for no honey and choose a pea protein instead of whey. Two things. The vegan page covers the plant based side in full.
