A bowl truck at a farmers market makes a lot of sense
The Gilbert Farmers Market is where the East Valley shops for real food on Saturday morning, and that is exactly the crowd our menu was built for. The truck blends acai and pitaya bowls to order from whole fruit, pours smoothies, and keeps refreschers cold for the kids, the same food we serve at the counter in our shops.
The truck has been rolling since 2016, and the market has been its home base nearly the whole time. Plenty of our regulars found us there first, bowl in one hand, vegetables in the other, before they ever walked into the Gilbert shop at Higley and Baseline.
One honest note: event bookings occasionally pull the truck away on a Saturday. Follow us on Instagram for the weekly schedule before you make the trip, or just come regardless, because the market is worth the morning either way.
