Bulk Orders and Pre Orders
Feeding a crowd without booking the truck. Tell us exactly what you want, we make it fresh in the shop, and you pick it up or we bring it to you.
- Pickup: no minimum. Order what you need and collect it at Gilbert or Tempe.
- Delivery: $100 minimum, within 10 miles. A 20% service fee covers the delivery and the tip.
- Notice: at least 24 hours for delivery. Earlier is better, especially on a weekend.
When you need to feed a crowd quickly
Some events do not need a food truck parked outside. You just need forty bowls at ten in the morning, or smoothies for a team that is about to get busy. That is what a bulk order is for.
You tell us the exact items, flavors and sizes you want. We make them fresh in the shop the way we make everything else, blended to order rather than pulled out of a tub. Then you either collect them or we load them into a cooler and bring them to you.
Anything over 10 items counts as a bulk order, which just means we plan it ahead rather than making it on the spot at the counter.
How a bulk order works
- Send us the order. Items, flavors, sizes and the day you need them. Use the form or call the catering line. Give us at least 24 hours if you want it delivered.
- We confirm the details. We will come back to you on timing, the total, and whether you are picking up or having it delivered. Dietary requests get noted item by item here.
- Pick up or we deliver. Collect it at Gilbert or Tempe, or we bring it to you in a cooler within 10 miles. Everything is made the same day it goes out.

Bulk order, truck, or cart?
A bulk order is food only, made in the shop, picked up or delivered in a cooler, with no staff and no setup. The truck comes to you and serves your guests on site, blended to order at the window. The cart is the same on site service for indoor venues where a truck will not fit.

Everything we serve is gluten free, and any order can be made vegan. On a bulk order you tell us which items need what and each one gets built that way.

What counts as a bulk order?
Ten items or more. Below that we are happy to take the order too, it just goes through the shop like any other order rather than being planned ahead.
Is there a minimum?
Not for pickup. Order as many bowls, smoothies, shakes or juices as you need and collect them at the Gilbert or Tempe shop. Delivery has a $100 minimum.
How much notice do you need?
At least 24 hours for a delivery order. This is not a same day service, and it is not something you can order in the morning and expect to see that afternoon. The earlier you tell us, the easier it is to say yes.
Do you deliver, and what does it cost?
Yes, within 10 miles of the shop. A 20% service fee covers the delivery and the tip. Outside that radius, call us and we will talk it through.
How is this different from booking the truck or the cart?
The truck and the cart come to your event and serve your guests on site. A bulk order is the opposite: you tell us the exact items you want, we make them fresh in the shop, and you either pick them up or we bring them to you in a cooler. No staff, no setup, no power needed.
What can I order in bulk?
Anything on the menu. Bowls and smoothies are the most common, and shakes, juices and ReFreschers all work. Tell us the flavors and sizes and we will build the order around them.
Can you handle dietary requests on a bulk order?
Yes. Everything we serve is gluten free, and any order can be made vegan. Tell us which items need what when you place the order and each one gets built to that request.
