Do you make your own acai blends?

Yes. We blend every bowl to order from whole frozen fruit, organic acai or pitaya, and real juice. Most shops scoop a finished base straight into the cup or pull it from a soft serve machine. We blend ours to order with whole fruit and real juice.

Can I get a gluten free bowl?

Yes, and every bowl already is one. Everything we serve is gluten free, granola included, so there is nothing to ask for and nothing to leave off.

Can I get a bowl made vegan?

Every item on the menu can be made vegan. The two ingredients to watch are honey, which we drizzle on most bowls and can leave off, and whey protein, which swaps for a pea protein. Ask at the counter and we will build it.

Do you make your own peanut butter?

We do, fresh every day, from our own recipe, in house. The almond and pecan butters we use are natural, with nothing added.

Can you work around a food allergy?

Tell us what you are avoiding and we will build around it. We handle nut, dairy, soy and gluten requests every day, and we can swap the base, the juice, the milk, the protein and every topping.

Two shops in the East Valley. Gilbert is at Higley and Baseline, 1686 N Higley Rd #105. Tempe is at McClintock and Southern, 1726 E Southern Ave #3. Both are open Mon to Sat 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sun 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Acai Bowls. Ten blends built on organic acai sorbet and whole frozen fruit. The Original, Tropical, Chocolate Coconut, Raspberry Lime and more, in small, medium or large. Every bowl is gluten free.
Pitaya Bowls. Two bowls built on pitaya, the bright, lightly sweet alternative to acai. Pitaya Passion and Pitaya Colada, both topped with granola, coconut chips and honey.
Oatmeal. Seasonal. Hot gluten free oatmeal made with coconut milk powder and honey, topped with coconut chips, strawberries, blueberries, banana and honey.
Smoothies. Six house blends built on acai or pitaya: Extreme Green, Mango Passion, Berry Berry, Tropical, Chocolate Peanut Butter and Pitaya Colada.
Power Shakes. 30+ grams of protein per 24oz shake. Protein focused and lower in carbs, with 30+ grams of protein per 24oz shake to refuel and rebuild after a workout. Six flavors, and nut butter options add 5+ grams more. Strawberries and Cream is strawberries, banana, vanilla protein and almond butter. Create Your Own lets you choose a protein, a fruit, a nut butter or coconut milk, and one add in, at the same price as a signature blend.
Fresh Juices. Fresh squeezed to order, one cup at a time. Fresche Greens, Clean and Fresche, Heart Beet, Orange Sunrise, or build your own from the board.
ReFreschers. Bright, bubbly fruit infused energy drinks. Berry Bliss, Blueberry Boost and Pineapple Power, with 80 mg of caffeine in a small and 120 mg in a large.

WHY OUR ACAI TASTES DIFFERENT. Because we actually blend it. While many acai bases come pre made and ready to scoop, or come from a soft serve machine full of additives, our acai is blended fresh to order along with whole frozen fruit, organic acai, pitaya and real fruit juice. It takes a couple of extra minutes. We think you're worth it. No shortcuts. Just real ingredients, blended fresh, and a bowl that tastes like it should.
WHOLE FOOD INGREDIENTS. Real fruit, organic acai and pitaya, certified gluten free granola, real honey. Nothing artificial. If you cannot pronounce it, it is not going in your bowl.
OUR OWN NUT BUTTERS. We make our peanut butter fresh daily, in house, from our own recipe, and we are not sharing it. The almond and pecan butters in the Chocolate Coconut and the Raspberry Pecan are natural, single ingredient butters.
CUSTOM BLENDS ARE THE POINT. Tell us what you want and we build it. Swap the base, swap the juice, add a protein, drop a topping. Regulars have orders we know by heart.

FAMILY OWNED SINCE 2011. Marcy and Brad Olsen still restock the shops and work the Fresche truck at farmers markets and events. This is not a franchise that got dropped into a strip mall.

Made for every moment.

Breakfast. We open at 8:00 AM. A bowl and a fresh juice beats a drive through.
Post Workout. Add a scoop of whey or pea protein and you have a recovery meal that does not taste like a recovery meal.
Lunch. A medium bowl is a full meal. Ask any of our regulars who eat one four days a week.
Snack. A small bowl or a refrescher between meals, in and out in a few minutes.
Dessert. Fruit, honey and dark chocolate. It is a treat you do not have to talk yourself into.

From one family's search for better food.

When the Olsens' youngest son started solid foods he broke out in eczema and rashes and stopped being himself. The answers they got were temporary fixes that never touched the cause, so they started researching on their own and changed how the family ate. The symptoms faded.
